Making Dreams Come True
Born and raised in New York City, founder Elizabeth Pitcher brings a lifelong passion for flowers and design to every arrangement she creates. While attending college, Elizabeth also earned her master’s degree in Floral Design from the prestigious New York Botanical Gardens, Elizabeth honed her skills in the heart of the famed NYC Flower Market on 28th Street in Manhattan being only one of three women who worked in the market. She simultaneously ran her own successful company, Le Fleur Artiste, serving an elite clientele that included celebrities, top fashion brands, renowned restaurants, and major global corporations.

After many years in the floral design industry, Elizabeth ventured into another one of her passions: the world of entertainment. For decades, she traveled the globe, handling marketing and public relations for feature films, television, live theater and actors. Additional career highlights include managing marketing and partnerships for iconic venues like Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden.

Now calling Florida home, Elizabeth has returned to her first love—flowers. She is proud to share her creativity through
Polka Petals, a name inspired by her daughter's love of polka dots. Polka Petals— a floral design and full-service event planning company specializes in weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations, gatherings large or small.
